Our Painting PRocess

Step 1:

Request Estimate

Submit a request via our website form or give us a call. We will respond the same day or the next business day if you reach out after hours or over the weekend.

Step 2:

Phone consultation

We will reach out to you via phone call to get more information regarding your project details and get you scheduled for an appointment.

Step 3:

Appointment

One of our estimators will meet with you on-site for a pre-paint inspection and assessment of your project. At the end of the visit, you’ll receive a digital copy of your estimate. If we are unable to provide it immediately, you’ll get it the following business day.

Step 4:

Scheduling Your Project

We will collect a deposit, which is dependent on the size of your project. After receiving your deposit, you’ll get a confirmation email or text with a project date. As your start date approaches, we’ll confirm the exact time our team is scheduled to arrive.

Step 5:

Pre-Job Walkthrough

On the scheduled start date, your Project Manager will meet with you and review the estimate, job site, and details to ensure the crew and manager fully understand your expectations.

Step 6:

Prep Work

Proper Preparation prevents poor performance! This is where all the crucial tasks-scraping, caulking, priming, masking, sanding, and replacing rotten wood happen before the painting begins.

Step 7:

Painting

This is the fun part where your home gets a new look! People are often surprised at how quickly the painting goes compared to the prep work.

Step 8:

Post-Job Walkthrough, Touch-Ups, and Final Payment

Similar to the pre-job walkthrough, the Project Manager will review the project with you, handle any touch-ups, and collect the final payment.

Step 9:

Enjoy Your Home’s New Look!

Sit back, relax, and enjoy falling in love with your home again!
